For over 20 years, Vineet Jainn has managed an auto components manufacturing and export business as a second-generation entrepreneur. Inspired by his fellow entrepreneurs and driven by his passion for stock markets, Jainn has become a first-generation entrepreneur in his own right. With more than 30 years of experience in the equity markets, he has witnessed the storms of the Harshad Mehta period, the dot-com bust, and the subprime crisis of 2008, not to forget the recent Covid pandemic. He feels each crisis is an opportunity to learn and each failure is actually a springboard to success.
Armed with an Industrial & Production Engineering degree and a Master’s in Finance & Marketing from MDI Gurgaon, Jainn boasts a deep understanding of risk management and value investing. In 1997, he conceptualised the first-ever All India B-School Stock Market game, an innovative platform that allowed participants to trade in Indices, Bullion, Metals, and Commodities before such opportunities were widely available.
