InCred Healthcare Portfolio

The InCred Healthcare Portfolio (IHP) is a high-conviction PMS strategy focused exclusively on India’s booming healthcare sector. Designed for long-term investors, the portfolio targets businesses across pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, hospitals, insurance, and API manufacturing, using a multicap approach spread across large-cap, mid-cap, and small-cap stocks.
This benchmark-agnostic PMS follows bottom-up stock picking and maintains a focused portfolio of 15–20 stocks. The strategy is ideal for HNIs seeking exposure to India’s fast-evolving healthcare landscape with a proven track record of risk-adjusted alpha generation.

Investment Objective

The core objective of the InCred Healthcare Portfolio is to deliver superior long-term returns by investing in high-quality, fundamentally strong companies in the healthcare and allied sectors. The strategy aims to:

• Capture growth across diverse healthcare sub-segments

• Maintain a balance between stability (hospitals & insurance) and growth (diagnostics & pharma)

• Achieve alpha by selecting undervalued or high-potential stocks beyond benchmark constraints

Investment Framework

InCred follows a disciplined and rational investment framework:

• Buy “Great” businesses at fair value

• Buy “Good” businesses at a discount

• Avoid “Bad” businesses altogether

This ensures consistent outperformance, with the portfolio delivering 28% alpha over BSE 500 TRI in 1 year and 13.9% alpha over BSE Healthcare Index.
